The Future of Knowledge by Verna Allee This book is excellent! I particularly like the chapter on "Communal Learning and Beyond" where Verna talks about conscious conversation and that Juanita Brown and David Isaacs insist that conversation is a core business process.

Video: KM is like herding cats

In 2001 the large System Integrator company EDS made a very funny commercial which showed a group of Cowboys Herding cats. (1 mins)
