Theme: How do we become better teachers of our knowledge?
"If only I knew then what I know now". We've all had this thought many times and it usually indicates learning through personal experience, whether positive or painful.
When it comes to enterprise projects those experiences can have significant value, if only to give others a forewarning of what to be prepared for.
But just because we have the knowledge doesn't mean we can effectively pass it on.
Given the global dispersed nature of project teams, how can we become better at articulating our learning so that others may benefit?
