Knowledge sharing is about connecting. Expertise and experience can become the greatest barriers to connecting and to effective learning.

True sharing is only possible with an open heart and mind; from a learning mode of "I do not know" and when we experience ourselves connected with life.

We all know many methods and tools for learning how to connect but we have to practice and integrate this spiritual practice into our daily lives.
