The term "Talent Management" seems to be cropping up more and more these days. I am not too sure that I like the term or if it has anything new to say about how you hire and develop people within organizations but I have added it as a category to my site in order to focus my attention on it a little more.
In doing a google search on the topic I discovered this interesting article The Talent Myth that touches on some of my concerns.
