The Knowledge Management Group (KMG) of Philadelphia was formed to address the needs of area organizations in managing knowledge assets. Knowledge assets include intellectual capital (e.g., what employees know, patents), procedural knowledge contained in documents and administrative structures, and knowledge embedded in information systems.
