Two years ago in the late summer of 2018, John Hovell, Nancy Dixon and I ran a Conversational Leadership workshop at the Elevetham - just a few miles from my home.

Last year, John Hovell, Donita Volkwign and I ran it online and in 2021, we (John Hovell, Donita Volkwijn, Saule Menane and I) had hoped to hold it at the Elevetham but once again it will have to be run online.

So join our third annual conference on April 26 – 30 2021 to experience the power of conversation, to explore questions that matter, learn about yourself, others, and the world, and practice impossible conversations.

Our ability to lead depends on our ability to host and convene quality conversations.

Registration does not open until the new year but if you wish to express your interest or have any inquiries please email [email protected].

If you are interested in Knowledge Management, the Knowledge Café or the role of conversation in organizational life then you my be interested in this online book I am writing on Conversational Leadership
