Esalen was founded in 1962 as an educational center devoted to the exploration of unrealized human capacities. It is known for its blend of East/West philosophies and its experiential workshops. Esalen is situated on 27 acres of the Big Sur coastline in California, USA.

The community is for people who are committed to making a difference:
