Finding Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi This book continues on from Flow by emphasizing that it is important to be happy whilst doing things which challenge and stretch you and help you to grow and develop. Csikszentmihalyi argues that the content of one's life experiences over one lifetime determines the quality of life and that it is preferable to be have intrinsic or extrinsic motivation than not having any kind of goal to focus your attention on. He also stresses that to live fully now one must take note of the past lessons.
