About DHL HR Shared Services Centre: DHL HR Shared Service Centre is operated out of Kuala Lumpur and supports all of the DHL Group divisions in the region. Currently it has 50 FTE serving approximately 16,000 employees in 7 different countries and 22 business entities including GBS (FHS and ITSC), Express, Supply Chain, DGF and PeP. Over 20 systems are currently being used within HRO and these differ from country to country and from one business entity to another. Over 20 pay cycles are performed on a monthly basis (weekly, bi-monthly, fortnightly and monthly). There is also a quarterly pay cycle for Indonesia and Philippines. Current Services & Processes include Payroll, Employee Data, Training, Recruitment, Reporting, EOS & Motiv8 Administration along with Contact Centre.
