<p>This 5-day workshop will provide participants with an understanding of how innovation, knowledge management and organisational learning principles and practices can best be integrated and applied to enhance organisational effectiveness, knowledge exchange, and innovative capabilities.</p>
<p>Participants have two attendance options – they can enrol for the full 5-day programme or for the first three days only. Days 1 -3 cover the basic principles of knowledge management, innovation and organisational learning, as well as application tools and techniques.</p>
<p>Days four and five address the development of an innovation and knowledge management strategy and implementation plan, how to conduct a KM audit, KM performance measurement and change management.</p>
