Paul and Jiao who want to make major contributions on innovation in their own companies, struggle to progress and hence decide to go deep into the subject of innovation. Accidentally, they find themselves amidst an advanced tribe in India and learn from the professor and his people. Embedded in the story are certain truths, tensions, common misunderstandings, new perspectives and solutions. It offers several ideas for the Managers, Senior Leaders and Board members to drive innovations. These include newer ways to incentivise ingenuity, build a culture for innovation and a new way to design compensation to propel unpredictable innovations.
