He was a top salesman with IBM, Marketing Director and Managing Director at Ashton-Tate and VP International at MathSoft. He now helps organizations improve innovation. He gives talks and workshops. He is the author of over 20 books which have sold over 2 million copies in total. He is a prolific blogger and has some 27000 followers on Twitter. The main barrier to innovation in most organisations is a culture which is comfortable, bureaucratic and risk averse. What can we do about it? Paul will give some tips, stories and examples of what innovative leaders can do in this area.
