Introduction to the October 2010 Knowledge Letter

Please forgive me this month as this Knowledge Letter is a little lean. As you may know I am in the middle of a 5 week trip to Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. I started out on 7th October and don't return to England until 15th November. I have workshops and meetings almost every day and so finding time for this newsletter has been tough. I am writing it now on a rather wet Saturday in my hotel room in Melbourne :-)
