Its about making connections with like-minded people. I was just browsing my blogroladex and clicked through to "The Obvious". Browsing there I spotted a link to an item called "In a Dark Time" by Diane McCormic.
Imagine my delight when I clicked through more out of curiosity then anything to find someone who loves the work of Henry David Thoreau as much as I do and has quoted him so extensively in her blog.
What's more there is a beautiful photo of Walden Pond. I used to live in Carlisle a few miles up the road from Walden Pond and Concord where Henry David lived and I loved the pond.
So many good memories and an eerie connection across time to Henry David through Diane's blog and through his book Walden.
