Well I must get to bed early tonight - must be up at 5:30am tomorrow if I am to get up to London in time for a breakfast presentation by Stephen Covey at the Grosvenor House Hotel ... it must be 10 years or so since I last met Stephen when I attended one of his Principal Centered Leadership courses out in Utah.

I'm very much looking forward to the event - it was Stephen's work and particularly his book the The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People that set me off on whole new path in my life 10 years ago and I have a lot to thank him for.

So much he taught me - but I guess the one that sticks in my mind - "We always have a choice."
