An interesting point to note - the author Robert Scolbe has put all these photos in the public domain and says that if used he would appreciate but does not demand credit. Also note that this looks like it was created by Userland to promote their Manila product.
Informative to see how its done and lots of interesting content to boot - often wondered what ever happened to John Sculley - have his book "Odyssey - Pepsi to Apple" on my bookshelf somewhere ...
