In 21st century in the enterprises or in the organizations, creation of "Chi" is receiving increasing attention and importance of intellectual capital/asset management is being recognized, and experimental studies are being conducted and published.
In Japan the "Guidelines for Disclosure of Intellectual Asset-Based Management" was published by Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry and is helping to increase awareness of those issues.
Creation of "Chi" could be summed up as "How we can utilize people's knowledge and wisdom productively within a organization".
We should focus our research effort on international standardization of methodology for evaluation and comparison of Creation of "Chi". And also we should provide "Ba" for disclosing such effort each other to try to improve by learning from others.
Our intention is to let you utilize this Forum as such a "Ba" with enriched program and with full of excitement.
Sincerely we would like to welcome many of you to participate actively to this Forum.
