Question:What could we do individually to encourage greater collaboration and sharing in our organisations?
Technological enablement has always been part of Knowledge Management and the Web 2.0/Social Media explosion has seen a resurgence of KM and the emergence of Knowledge Management 2.0 or Social KM.
Many benefits from technology enabled sharing are obvious, but for many organisations the engagement doesn't necessarily spread across the whole organisation.
So how do we encourage the inactive to become active, and to join-in rather than merely spectate?
How do we encourage comment and critique rather than just collecting, or more importantly to create and expand or stimulate the conversation?
