The Knowledge Management Practitioners' Group was founded in 2000. The aim of the group is to share knowledge and experience of how practical knowledge sharing and management can be successful in organisations.
Their mission is to continuously improve the skills of knowledge managers, and to elevate the profile of knowledge management as a profession in South Africa, as well as the rest of Africa.
