Knowledge Management International Conference and Exhibition 2006 (KMICE'06)
once again provides a platform for international presentation of research
findings as well as discussion and sharing of recent advances in the field.
This biannually conference is the third in the series. The first KMICE was
held in Langkawi Island in 2001 and the second was in Penang in February 2004.
Both conferences attracted wide groups of professionals, academics,
researchers, consultants, and students.
Through KMICE'06, uniform understanding, policy and governance would hopefully
be formulated to promote and harmonize K-related activities within the region
and beyond. This conference will bring together leading researchers and
developers in wide variety of areas, with a common interest in improving the
state of the art of Knowledge Management (KM). This conference will also
provide an opportunity for people from the academia and industry to foster
cooperation and form close ties, and enable creation of K-based society. Our
two previous conferences, KMICE'01 and KMICE'04 attracted wide interest groups
of people consisting of professionals, academics and researchers, consultants
and MIS managers. KMICE'06 intends to promote and harmonize K- related
activities within the region and beyond.
