This is the first rate annual event on KM in Russia. The interest to Knowledge Management is very high and is continuing growing in both large corporations and medium fast-growing companies.
The conference aims to demonstrate the best experience and expertise of the companies considered as Knowledge Management leaders in Russian and global markets; we shall be looking for solutions: how to save information and experience of a valuable specialist when he leaves company; how to build «corporate memory» of a company; advantages for companies applying Knowledge Management in comparison with those suffering «corporate amnesia»; how to gain, store and use the knowledge of employees in company's interests; what kind of practical solutions for Knowledge Management exist; which of them work or do not work; how to start developing and applying Knowledge Management systems in a company.
