Established in the summer of 2006, the Gurteen Knowledge Community in Zurich will bring together KM advocates and practitioners from business, government and academia to engage in the following activities:
Engage in a progressive discussion on the practical and theoretical aspects of knowledge management, knowledge sharing, organizational learning, and related disciplines.
Examine the importance of knowledge sharing for the disciplines of creativity and innovation
Explore the tools and technologies that allow for more effective knowledge work
Share best practices and lessons learnt
Network with other “knowledge evangelists” and thought leaders in Switzerland
Connect with other Gurteen Knowledge Communities around the world
The Knowledge Cafes will be held at regular intervals and will invite speakers and facilitators from within the community and beyond to present their thoughts and ideas.
