Newly created vacancy to work at senior manager level in the London office of this expanding consultancy and take the lead in driving implementation of the knowledge strategy and ensuring the re-use of shareable knowledge across the business and encourage the sharing of tacit knowledge.

There will be an initial focus on ensuring the best content is rapidly identified, captured, reviewed and made available via key knowledge tools on the desktop, and driving activities to ensure high awareness and usage of the knowledge tools/content and a culture of contribution.

This requires leadership of a small team of Knowledge Professionals and coordinating a network of knowledge champions.

Other activities are to ensure the delivery of the knowledge strategy including maintaining the intranet and overseeing an external content budget plus design and implement processes and culture to enable the ongoing capture of best practice content

Duties also include overseeing specific implementation plans and ensuring that the best content (proposals, credentials, deliverables etc ) are rapidly identified, captured, reviewed and made available via key knowledge tools on the desktops

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate with significant commercial experience of working in a senior knowledge management role
Strong ability to develop strategic knowledge plans in conjunction with a business and demonstrate effective execution of such plans
Experience of managing change and of being able to establish a knowledge management culture within an organisation that is focused on business growth
Experience of developing and successfully implementing content collection programmes
Ability to present knowledge principles, theories and topics in a clear, comprehensive and compelling manner within a business context using business language
Ability to lead teams through complex projects with a diverse group of stakeholders and interested parties - experience of managing a staff or network of geographically dispersed professionals strongly preferred
