The role provides exciting opportunities to build stakeholder relationships on a regional scale, at all levels. You will be given significant learning and development related opportunities to make your mark on the firm, responsible for supporting one of the firm&rsquo;s strategic pillars &ndash; Unleashing Potential in our staff and our clients.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a busy role in a growing firm, and you&rsquo;ll have a lot of moving pieces to juggle.&nbsp; Whilst the role&rsquo;s priority is to support the local business in ANZ and SE Asia, on a global perspective you&rsquo;ll be expected to build and leverage strong relationships, whilst communicating daily to your colleagues around the world.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Designing and facilitating key learning programs including inductions, professional development training, and talent programs</li> <li>Providing sound and practicable advice to the business on course design</li> <li>Designing learning pathways with a focus on technology and the future of work</li> <li>Supporting the Consulting team to promote learning outcomes and drive continuous improvement processes of key programs</li> <li>Assisting with the management of training costs and budget</li> <li>Supporting and mentoring team members</li> <li>Providing evaluation reports on learning programs to relevant business stakeholders</li> <li>Providing regular reporting on learning activity and future learning initiatives</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>THE SELECTION CRITERIA</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This role is ideal for an energetic individual with strong learning experience across a medium or large Corporate or professional services firm.
