The conference will focus on the priorities for taking care of knowledge resources, so as to increase the way existing knowledge and the pace of learning contribute to performance and change. The aim is over the two days to close the gap between having knowledge and putting it to practical use.
To achieve this, on the first day we will explore how the organisation can systematically create the environment for spreading learning and effective knowledge use without unwittingly creating adverse conditions.
On the second day we will explore how to improve the way these efforts are received by individuals as they live with the tension of maintain current performance whilst simultaneously coping with change.
As always, the presenters will be a fascinating mix of internationally renowned experts and thought leaders, and practitioners from leading public and private sector organisations. There will also be several interactive workshop sessions.

David Gurteen's comments: This is one hell of an inspirational speech from Steve Jobs!
