Googles webmaster tools provide you with a free and easy way to make your site more Google-friendly. Using the tools, you can:

Get Google's view of your website, and diagnose potential problems.

Learn which queries drive traffic to your site, and see exactly how users arrive there.

I use them to help identify broken internal links and to optimise my website.

The Gurteen Knowledge Search Engine is a customised Google search engine that searches over 800 KM related websites and weblogs.
