To: Gurteen Community Members in the UK On 9th December in London, I will be once again running a 1-day Masterclass with the Ark Group on Implementing a Knowledge Cafe. This is the fourth such Masterclass I have run in London over the past year or so and I have had great feedback from all the events. In the past few months, I have also run these workshops in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and India and now one coming up this Friday in Singapore at KM Asia. Knowledge Cafes are increasingly being adopted by organizations around the world and are being used for clear business purposes such as to surface issues in an organizational merger, to transfer tacit knowledge from retiring workers to younger ones; to identify business problems and opportunities within an organization and as a management training tool to name but a few.
