To: Gurteen Community Members in Europe I am delighted to tell you that on September 10th in London I will be running a 1-day Masterclass with the Ark Group on Implementing a Knowledge Cafe. Most of you will know that Knowledge Cafes are one of my passions. I have facilitated Knowledge Cafes in many countries - this year alone in : Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Jakarta, Norway, Dubai, Netherlands, Phoenix and Seattle. They are increasingly being adopted by organizations around the world and are being used for clear business purposes such as to surface issues in an organizational merger, to transfer tacit knowledge from retiring workers to younger ones; to identify business problems and opportunities within an organization and as a management training tool to name but a few.
