This work is carried out with clients around the world, both face to face and, increasingly, on-line. Prior to joining Knowledge Associates Andy was Co-founder and Co-director of the Centre for Creativity at the Cranfield School of Management. Whilst at Cranfield he taught on the MBA, and Executive Development programmes, as well as numerous in-company and public courses. He was also responsible for all R & D work in the application of new technologies for management education.
