A Gurteen Action Card is a practical idea that is e-mailed to you once a week to encourage you to take an action that you might not normally consider or one that maybe you would like to get into the habit of doing but tend to forget. Here is a sample card:

To register to receive an Action Card by e-mail, once a week for 10 weeks then click the button below and complete the pop-up form. A new Action Card will be e-mailed to you on the day of the week that you select.
