This event provides participants with the strategies, tools, techniques and know-how to be able to start Communities of Practice of their own. They will hear real-life case studies of initiating and running such communities, and the impact that the CoPs have had on the wider organisation; they will be involved in interactive sessions to debate and discuss the right way forward for their particular needs.
