A global professional services organisation is looking for two Assistant Knowledge Managers to support allocated practice areas. The purpose of these roles is to implement and oversee the knowledge strategy for their practice areas.
The roles include the following:
- Act as a single point of contact with regard all aspects of the knowledge programme including knowledge harvesting and sharing, collaborative working, support of communities, research and competitive intelligence.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand their knowledge requirements and to encourage knowledge sharing and collaborative working behaviours.
- Responsibility for the management and oversight of relevant portal pages.
- Drive awareness and adoption of the knowledge programme.
In order to be considered for these roles, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree is essential.
- Experience of delivering knowledge services in professional services environments such as management consultancies and law firms.
- Designing and implementing knowledge solutions.
- Confident at dealing with stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of SharePoint 2013.
