The Unit is looking for an experienced service provider specialised in Knowledge Management (KM) and Organisational Learning (OL) to analyse, set-up, structure and manage its Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing practices towards DEVCO corporate vision for Knowledge Management. The service provider will work in the Knowledge Management (KM) and Organisational Learning (OL) Team to support the implementation of the KM and OL actions of the DEVCO Learning and Knowledge Development Strategy and the Communication to the Commission on Data, Information and Knowledge Management at the European Commission.
- Thorough knowledge of modern Organisational Learning and KM principles, methodologies, practices and tools including their practical application.
- Knowledge of RUP, Agile/EC, PM2 or other PM methodologies. High sense of detail and systematic approach to the management of projects.
- Capacity to advice on change management processes; consulting skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of EU international development policies, procedures and practices.
- Excellent communication skills: oral and written communication adaptable to different audiences, knowledge sharing and presentation skills.
- In-depth ability to analyse complex situations, make synthesis, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal and collaborate effectively in networks and communities of practice, with other services, partners and the team
- Good computer skills and knowledge of web platforms and web publishing
