Reporting to the Director of Learning & Strategy, the goal of the Manager, Knowledge Management (KM) is to catalyze learning and evidence-based decision-making. Working closely with the Information Technology, Program Excellence, Communication and Human Resources departments, as well as each of the program teams, this role has primary responsibility for implementing the KM strategu, driving improvements in KM processes, people networks, technology and content.
