The Knowledge Operations Specialist will provide support in relation to the Central Knowledge Management team's products and projects. These will include knowledge tools and related projects across the firm and in particular Templates and ContractExpress – the firm's document automation tool.
The Knowledge Operations Specialist will also provide back up to the Product Managers based in the Central Knowledge Management team as and when required. They will also be expected to manage individual projects, or work streams of larger projects, as and when required.
Working experience of using the document automation tool ContractExpress is essential. You will have experience of working on large projects and interfacing with both business users and technical teams. Previous experience gained from within a law firm and/or professional services environment is preferable. You will be highly PC-literate with an interest in systems issues and will have an advanced level of knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook and other standard tools. Experience of Microsoft SharePoint would be an advantage.
