With a history of 6 successful editions, the 7th Annual Managing Local Talent, rotating around the central theme of “ Nationalisation 2.0- Inspire – Connect - Develop - Contribute to the Growth of Nation”, aims to brainstorm and discuss strategies to attract, nurture and develop local talent to meet the organization's nationalization goals and thus boost the economy.Through regional local talent management case studies, interactive panel discussions, trending speaker-presentations and post conference workshops, the summit will focus on elements of a successful Nationalization programme.Experts presenting at the event will include representatives from: Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics, Proctor & Gamble, Gulf Air amongst other leading companies from energy, finance, civil and other sectors.
