Ian Wooler, TFPL Associate and Knowledge Consultant, will be running a workshop entitled "KM in Action: the After Action Review Approach", in which he will ask how the following can be applied to continuous improvement in the KM context:
What was supposed to happen?
What actually happened?
Was there a difference?
What did we learn?
What action should we take?
before applying the same to the evening itself. It will be useful for anyone working in or looking
to move into Senior Knowledge Functions or management. It will be held at TFPL's offices in
Central London, with refreshments provided.
