Immediate and newly created vacancy for an entrepreneurial financial organisation in a niche business area and based in the City with overseas offices.
The purpose of the role is to create a culture of knowledge sharing using MS SharePoint and manage the shape the information being captured by an information Portal to ensure it meets current and future business needs.
Responsibilities include developing a K.M. strategy, encouraging teams to adopt a knowledge sharing approach which will involve delivering training sessions, advising on knowledge solutions, managing a Document Management System, developing a coherent archiving process plus researching and analysing processes to demonstrate the case for change.
Candidates should have relevant K.M. experience and managing change, be innovative, think laterally and have highly developed communication skills.
A second European language would be helpful but not essential.
There is scope to develop the role and it is is an excellent opportunity for an experienced person to make their mark in a highly successful and expanding organisation.
