<p>This is a new role, created to raise the profile and importance of knowledge generation and dissemination across this organisation, providing the building blocks for a successful knowledge culture.</p>
<p>The key responsibilities of this post will be to manage the design and implementation of processes for the generation and dissemination of knowledge items and content for a knowledge platform. Sourcing content, identifying knowledge gaps and driving the creation of relevant content and information both in support of internal staff and clients. </p>
<p>Candidates must be degree qualified with previous line management experience. It is essential that you are highly skilled in developing and commissioning content for business users and have experience in producing written and web content, and tools. In addition an understanding of information and data structures will be required.</p>
