A leading International Consulting firm is looking for a Director of Knowledge Management to create and head up their Leadership Innovation Centre.
The Centre will combine the core areas of knowledge management and innovation and your responsibility will be to create the platforms, processes, forums and tools that provide the arena in which to do this.
You will be required to develop the KM strategy which will involve establishing strategic priorities regarding the processes and protocols that will allow capture, synthesis, innovation and communication of assignment-based Intellectual Property.
Reporting into the European Managing Partner you will make rapid progress on building the initial version of the knowledge repository and lead and develop the project infrastructure.
Preferred candidates will have a proven experience within the knowledge management, business and/or market research and analysis, project management and client service arena.
Experience of how shared knowledge and tools help global companies develop business is key. Experience and ability in operating within a networked environment is essential.
