Join us in a, one-day workshop led by Steve Bealing, Chief Executive of Cognitive Edge and Stuart Smith Director of Consultancy at Wood Holmes Group.
In an age of change and uncertainty this workshop is designed to help you manage uncertainty; make sense of complex organisations, markets and communities; decide how to decide; avoid pointless analysis and develop an understanding of your organisation that enables positive action to be taken.
This will be a challenging and participative event designed to provide an understanding key concepts and antecedents in management, social science and complexity theory. You will gain an insight into the groundbreaking methods, practical techniques, tools
and software that have been successfully developed and implemented by Cognitive Edge in projects with global clients such as US Department of Defense, Singapore Government and the UK Government.
Sense Making (understanding complex organisations), Networks (identifying and developing links between individuals) and Narrative (capturing, analysing and gaining insights from
stories and dialogue) will be the focus of the day, with case studies of past projects used as illustrations.
