David I am looking to employ a specialist who will come and live in Vietnam for 2- 3 possibly 4 months and work inside our business to develop systems and knowledge that will leave us able to effectively manage the information we generate (and have generated) and assist us to efficiently identify and use the critical bits of information we need to turn into knowledge, and how we do it. It will also be an environment of constant change. Information will be geological, engineering, financial, regulatory, strategic and most of the other elements in a growing mining operation. We would meet all costs and for the right person pay a reasonable consulting rate (800 to 1,000 usd net, offshore) They would have to be able to work cross culturally with Vietnamese people but the information would be mainly in English. Our business is we are turning an exploration site into an operating Mine, where we will go into an intense two year construction phase in about 6 months lasting two years before 16 years of operations. We want to have effective systems in place by then. This would be a good project for a young, knowledgeable person; Vietnamese people are good fun, very smart. Vietnam itself is culturally rich and a very safe place to live. Do you know anyone who might be interested and who is available on reasonably short notice?
