Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings submitted by e-mail, post or over the telephone are subject to these booking conditions.
  • Payment must be received in full prior to the event.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing.
  • Cancellations received on or before 6th April 2012 will be subject to a £100 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be given on cancellations received after 6th April 2012.
  • All bookings, whether UK or overseas will be charged 20% VAT.
  • You may substitute one person for another without penalty. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission if full payment has not been made.
  • Gurteen Knowledge will not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control which lead to the cancellation or variation of the programme.
